Privacy Policy
This launch draft explains how Tempah Minute handles account information, meeting recordings, transcripts, generated documents, and payment records. It should be reviewed by qualified Malaysian legal counsel before public launch.
Information we process
We process account details, subscription and payment status, recordings you upload, transcripts, generated meeting minutes, usage totals, security records, and limited technical logs needed to operate the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, process recordings, generate documents, administer subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain service reliability.
Providers
Recordings and meeting content may be processed by OpenAI and stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. CHIP Collect processes subscription payments. Email delivery is handled by the configured SMTP provider.
Retention and deletion
Source recordings are scheduled for deletion after 7 days and generated Word documents after 30 days. Account deactivation ends access immediately; remaining personal information is scheduled for anonymization after a 30-day recovery period, subject to records that must be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can export your account data, disable marketing communication, delete individual meetings, or request account deactivation from Settings.
