Tempah Minute converts supported meeting recordings into AI-generated transcripts and Microsoft Word meeting minutes. AI output may contain mistakes and must be reviewed before it is relied upon or distributed.

Your responsibilities

You must have permission to record and upload every conversation, comply with applicable consent and privacy laws, protect your account, and avoid uploading unlawful or harmful content.

Subscriptions

Plans renew at the displayed monthly or yearly interval until cancellation is scheduled. Cancellation stops renewal while access continues through the paid period. Applicable refund rules must be published here before launch.

Usage and availability

Plans include the stated processing allowance and file limits. Service availability and processing times are not guaranteed. Abuse, attempts to bypass limits, or misuse may result in suspension.

Ownership and processing permission

You retain ownership of uploaded content. You grant the limited permission required to store and process it for providing the service.

Contact and governing terms

Before launch, insert the operating legal entity, contact address, governing law, dispute process, warranty limitations, and liability terms approved by counsel.
